A favorite family salad cum dessert on holidays . My family loved it after lunch in these hot summer days. It’s full of flavors of seasonal fruit along with richness of milk cream and sweetness of honey . Simple to assemble and delicious to relish 🙂 . So let’s start the recipe .yum
Ingredients:
200 gm low fat milk cream
1/4 teaspoon green cardamom powder
4 tablespoon fresh honey
1 cup whole wheat biscuit, crushed
1 /2 cup strawberry , sliced
1 /2 cup ripe Alphonso mango , chopped
1 /2 cup orange , cubes
1 /2 cup apple , cubes
For Decoration:
1/4 cup pomegranate seeds
2 tablespoon mixed fruit jam
1/4 cup chopped cashew nuts
1/4 cup raisins
Method:
Beat milk cream with 2 tablespoon of honey and cardamom powder in a bowl till frothy.
Take 4 serving bowls and set a layer of biscuit at the bottom of each.
Arrange alternate layers of fruits as per your choice. Add whipped milk cream over the top.
Pour honey and a teaspoon of jam over the fruits in each bowl.
Sprinkle some chopped nuts ,pomegranate seeds and raisins.Keep in refrigerator for 20-30 minutes.
Serve chilled .

Note: For more creamy richness you may use double cream also.
You may add castor sugar instead of honey .
Fruits choice depends as per your desire.
Whole Wheat biscuit can be replaced with chocolate one.
