Fruit Punch

A very refreshing and super delicious fruit punch loaded with amazing fruit goodness. Fruit punch is a wonderful way to enjoy summer fruits while sipping the drink.

Fruit Punch

Fruit punch or punch

Fruit punch is an assortment of drinks, either non-alcoholic or alcoholic along with fruits or fruit juices. Normally it is made in big punch bowls and served in very large quantities at parties and get-togethers.

I have had fruit punch for the first time at a friend’s house party and I just loved it. I have been making it ever since during summer times when the weather is really warm and we want to slurp in something chilled.

Basic Ingredients for Fruit Punch:

  • First thing, Fruits- Use a variety of your favorite fruits. I used apples, peaches, plum, orange, and pomegranates. However, I do like adding melons and grapes too.
  • Fruit Juice-I used homemade orange and pomegranate juice but it can be made with store-bought juices.
  • Soft drink/Soda/Water- Any of the base liquid is fine to use. I have used water in this recipe.
  • Lemon juice-It is optional.

How to make Fruit Punch?

The punch making is very easy process, all you need to do is chop your fruits finely. Add all the ingredients in the large pitchers, stir in and serve. If you feel like there are fruits left at the bottom , keep adding more juices and soft drink/water.

Serving Suggestions:

Serve the punch along with fruits and use a cocktail stick to finish the fruits in the end. You may pair the punch with some appetizers like Spinach Pinwheel, Garlic Knots, or Aloo Pakoda.
