Eggless Mayonnaise

Mayonnaise often called as mayo is a thick, creamy sauce used as a condiment. Mayonnaise varies in color, but is often white, cream, or pale yellow. In Spain, Portugal and Italy, olive oil is used as the oil, and mustard is never included.

I made the eggless version of this classic sauce from here.It turned out awesome and we used it as a spread for our Aloo tikki burger. So let’s start the recipe.yum

Ingredients:

1 tablespoon oil
3 tablespoon vinegar

Cool the white sauce. Then add the remaining ingredients and mix well.

Refrigerate till further use.Store in airtight jar.
