Today I am sharing recipe of eggless chocolate brownies , which I had learnt from my friend and fellow blogger Meena of Homely food. She is hosting a lovely event on her blog’s second anniversary named “Try my recipes and giveaway event”. Brownies are well explained and came out perfect as directed by Meena. I am glad to participate in her wonderful event. I have made slight changes according to our taste but the credit for this recipe goes to her.So let’s start the recipe .yum

Ingredients:
1 Cup All purpose flour (Maida)
3/4 Cup Castor sugar
1/4 cup unsweetened Cocoa powder
1/4 cup whisked yogurt
4 Tablespoon Olive oil
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup chopped walnuts
1 tablespoon brown sugar (optional)
Method:
Preaheat the oven to 170 degrees.
Sieve flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda & salt together.
Add olive oil, whisked yogurt and mix well with a spoon . If mixture seems thickens add 2 tablespoon of more yoghurt.
Add chopped walnut and give it a nice stir .Save some walnuts for topping.
Grease and line a baking tin . Pour in the batter , cover with aluminum foil to avoid hard crust but if you like it then just skip this. Bake at 170 degrees for 20-25 minutes or until a tooth pick inserted comes out clean. Cool for 10 minutes.
Cut into desired shape , add chopped walnuts and sprinkle some brown sugar.
Enjoy this delicacy!
Serve-4. Baking time -25 minutes
Note : You may add nuts of your choice and may use chocolate topping also.

Yummmm.. Lovely brownies Sapana 🙂
Among all, the best attraction is the sugar crystals that sits so perfectly on top of the brownies. This is so good and one I will not want to miss out on.
Would love to have a bite on your brownie, Sapana. Absolutely delicious and mouthwatering.
