Yogurt Fruit Salad
Ingredients
- 2 cups yogurt, whisked
- 1/4 cup apple, chopped
- 1/4 cup grapes, chopped
- 1/4 cup mango
- 1/4 cup pear, chopped
- 1 orange, skin removed and chopped
- 1 tablespoon honey
- a pinch ground cardamom
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl add yogurt, cardamom, and honey. Whisk to combine.
- Stir in chopped fruits, refrigerate before serving.
- Serve chilled.
