Last month I got free samples of Royal Jasmine rice and Brown rice. Since then I was looking for some recipes to use the rice and after a lot of searching found this one interesting. I followed the recipe to the T but replaced the brown rice with Jasmine rice. The dish was a hit in the house and I got lots of praise from them.
