Chocolate Pudding With Fudge Sauce


Hello everyone ! I am back from my break . It was a divine and wonderful journey. We were blessed with Maa Vaishno Devi’s Darshan and finished our holy Yatra.


Now let’s get back to work. Today I am sharing recipe of this simple yet scrumptious chocolate pudding topped with fudge sauce and chopped nuts. Here I have used roasted pine nuts and walnuts with few raisins. You may use nuts of your choice and enjoy this sweet delicacy. So let’s start the recipe .yum

Ingredients

For Chocolate puddings

100g All purpose flour
1/4 teaspoon baking powder
1 tablespoon cocoa powder
75g caster sugar
100ml milk
1/3 cup olive oil/ unsalted butter
2 tablespoon roasted chopped pine nuts

For Fudge sauce

30g unsalted butter
100 g dark chocolate, broken into pieces
300ml milk cream
20g icing sugar

Method:

Preheat the oven to 150°C and grease four pudding moulds.Sift wet ingredients into a bowl. Add dry ingredients and combine until a smooth batter.

Pour into moulds, place on a baking tray and bake for 30 minutes.
For fudge sauce
To make sauce, place ingredients in a pan or double boiler over low heat and cook,frequent stirring, until thick.
Take out puddings, pour sauce over top and garnish with nuts.

Serve chilled .

Serve-4.  Baking time -30 minute

Note:You may set the remaining fudge sauce in freezer and cut out in square shape to use further.
