Carrot and Beetroot Salad-Healthy and tasty salad perfect to eat on weekends with or without meal.
Carrots and Beetrootroots are two of the most healthy vegetables which we should definitely consume on daily basis.
This salad is just the perfect way to incorporate them in our diet.
Some days I make only salads or soups for dinner after having a filling lunch in the day. Slad like this comes to rescue and add in some benefits to make our diet a balanced one.

Carrot Beet Salad
Ingredients
- 250 g carrots peeled
- 250 g beets peeled
- 2 red onion sliced
- few parsley leaves chopped
- 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
- 2 teaspoon vinegar
- salt to taste
Instructions
- Grate carrots and beetroot in a grater and place in a bowl.
- Add chopped onion and add olive oil,vinegar and parsley.
- Roast cumin seeds and salt in a pan and sprinkle over the salad,toss them well and serve.
