Baked Spring Rolls

We like spring rolls so much that I would made them once every fortnight. This time I tried to make it the healthier way ,that is , baked one instead of frying. . Everybody loved these baked goodies with evening tea and we enjoyed our weekend . So let’s start the recipe . Yum


Ingredients:
1 cup All purpose flour
1/4 teaspoon salt
Water as needed

For stuffing:

1/2 cup cabbage , grated
1/2 cup carrot / capsicum , grated (I haven’t added )
1/2 cup onion, chopped
2-3 green chilly , chopped
Salt to taste
1 teaspoon red chilly powder
1/2 teaspoon Ajino motto
1 tablespoon Soy sauce
1 tablespoon Vinegar
1 tablespoon olive oil

Method:

In a bowl mix flour , salt and water to knead a soft dough and keep aside.
Heat oil in a pan add onion and green chillies .Saute for a minute add grated vegetables,stir and add red chilly , salt,ajino moto,vinegar,soy sauce.Stir till water evaporates and remove from heat.
Make small balls from dough(size of dumpling).In a flat board take a ball dust dry flour and roll to a small circle.
Fill the stuffing in the center of pastry ,press the left and right corner inside and start rolling .Paste the ends with water and press the sides.check out if there is any hole or veggies comes out ,cover it with patch of dough.
Repeat the procedure with all .Bake in preheated oven at 200 degree for 20 minutes.


Serve hot with chutney and ketchup .

Serve- 8 pieces. Baking time-30 minutes
