For second day of cooking bookmarked recipes I made baby Spinach fritters . It is one of the simple and quick fried snack to indulge on. I was always using chopped regular spinach for fritters until I saw Suma’s Palak chaat and I kind of fell in love with the cute looking fried baby spinach. They tasted so good that I even don’t have to make the chaat .So I bookmarked it then and add it today for the same theme. So let’s start the recipe.yum
