Masala Papad


We are in the final week of BM#40 and my theme or the week is Evening Snacks . I prepared this simple and quick masala papad from Tarla Dalal’s .My kind of evening snack is mostly spicy and savory or fried snacks . I like them most and always tries my hand on ..ofcourse not to be included them for my daughter . Sometimes people ask me don’t you eat well or do you skip meals , but the truth is reverse . I took five times meal in a day with snacks and fruits in between . I think some people are born like that , not to change at all by any means. Hopefully one day I might change and put on some weight. Till then let’s continue eating healthy as well as tasty snacks. So let’s start the recipe . Yum

Ingredients:
6 lizzat papad
1/2 cup onion, finely chopped
Few coriander leaves , chopped
1/2 teaspoon dried mango powder (amchur)
1/2 teaspoon chilli powder
salt to taste
oil for frying

Method :
Fry the papads in hot oil.
Mix the onions, coriander, mango powder, chilli powder and salt.
Just before serving, sprinkle this mixture on top.

Serve immediately.

Serve-3. Prep time-10 minutes
