However we were given with themes around a month ago and I was hoping to make the sandwiches real quick just before a day or two from first week. But with a crying baby at home sometimes it is almost impossible to cook anything.
This sandwich is very popular and has a filling sealed between two layers of bread. A popular variety is peanut butter and jelly but I used homemade blueberry jam and plain butter instead. So let’s start the recipe.yum

Theme-American Sandwiches
Dish-Sealed Crustless Sandwich
Ingredients:
6 sandwich bread slice
2 tablespoon blueberry jam
1 tablespoon butter
Method:
Trim out the edges from bread slices.
Lightly toast each slice with melted butter.
Place the bread slice in gujia/karanji mold and fill with a teaspoon of blueberry jam or jelly.
Press between the mould,remove and serve immediately.
Serve-2. Prep time -10 minutes
