This is very refreshing sauce as the cool yogurt combined with even more cool cucumber .The sauce can be served an appetizer or simply as a dip with or on various dishes ,especially great to go with Gyros.

Ingredients:
1 cup English cucumber,grated
1/2 cup plain greek yogurt
1/3 cup sour cream
1 tablespoon dill leaves/mint leaves,chopped fresh or dry
2 garlic cloves,minced
2 teaspoon white wine vinegar
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper ,crushed
Method:
Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl,stir with a whisk.
Chill for 1 hour before serving.
Refrigerate for up to 2 days.
Enjoy!!
Serve- 8 servings (2 tbsp per serving) Prep time-10 minutes

This evening I was thinking about this sauce and could not remember the name and which country it is from. I made something similar to go with my grilled chicken for dinner. Nice sauce to serve as a dip with grilled food.
