A spicy, juicy and tasty tofu tikka masala which taste heavenly with some freshly made garlic naans.
As this week of protein-rich dishes, I am doing Lunch or Dinner recipes this tofu tikka masala is my second post for the week. I don’t normally make it often as it is kind of like a festive dish or you can say a little time-consuming. But let me tell you all the time and effort you put into the dish are all worth it when you get to taste it with some hot garlic naan.
So this Tofu tikka masala was made two months back, I think it was something we were celebrating, I don’t remember exactly but we did have a wonderful feast. I made the naan on the stove top but as here we don’t have the open flame cookers, they did not turn out as good as they should be. Anyways if you happen to like tofu here are few Tofu Recipes to try.
Starting this Monday, my days have been more hectic as little one started preschool. She was supposed to start from January but instead, she is going from yesterday. I have to wake up an hour earlier than before, drop my elder one and her to school. And as soon I am back home, do some breakfast, cleaning it is time to pick lo and an hour later again it is time to pick the elder one. Of course, after that, it is time to cook dinner, Phew!! , it’s only two days have passed and I am so tired. I am not getting time to sit with the laptop. I guess it is going to take me some time to adjust this new lifestyle.

Tofu tikka masala and naan complements each other..I just love the entire serving.. Tikka masala is just perfect!!
That’s one complete and my favorite meal. Can gobble that up any time. Awesome.
Wish you serve me wome tofu tikka masala with those naans for my dinner rite now. Lipsmacking tikka masala there, fantastic combination.
The half days are the worst where in you spend more time in dropping and picking up than getting anything done at home. Moms start breathing normally only after the kids go to school full time.
Coming to the naan, it looks perfectly done on the pictures and even though the gravy is a little time consuming, it’s well worth the effort. Superb pictures too!
Sapna don’t you have some school transport , it is so much easier and the kids are happy too .
The tofu masala looks fantastic and specially with those naans , they look lovely . Tofu masala recipe sounds fantastic with all those ingredients . Great pick .
Vaishali, the concept of school transport is not here in Ireland and that’s what makes it more difficult. Anyways thanks, dear.
It takes some time to adjust to the new lifestyle but you will get the hang of it soon. The whole spread with those naan looks so tempting. I have tried paneer tikka masala and I am sure I would love this tofu version too..
The whole platter looks sinful Sapana…wonderful side dish to enjoy those super looking naans!
Aww, Sapana hugs to you! you will adjust and come on top of the situation. Then you will start enjoying this time.
Anyway, the tofu masala is awesome. After all your tofu posts I am tempted to try bringing tofu yet again.
I am tired just reading it. Good luck to you. Hoping things will settle soon to a comfortable routine.
The naans and tofu masala look very inviting and totally celebration worthy!

Spending time with and for the kids is like an investment. Def they hav the best mom..
Hmm ya llovely platter was admiring ppics for some time.
Sapana it will take time to adjust to a new routine. I hate preparing any flatbread on the stove top when I’m in Montreal. The tofu tikka masala looks scrumptious. I love tofu.
Loved the entire serving. Naan and tikka masala looks like made-for-each-other.
