Sprouted Moong Salad

A refreshing and healthy salad from sprouted Moong or green beans to enjoy in the summers.Packed with goodness of Moong sprouts and enriched with protein this can be a healthy snack for the kids as well.So lets start the recipe . Yum

Ingredients:

2 cups sprouted moong beans
1 onion, finely chopped
1 tomato, finely chopped
1 potato,boiled and cubed
1 green chilli , finely chopped
1/2 teaspoon red chilli powder
1 teaspoon chaat masala
Salt to taste
1 teaspoon lemon juice
few coriander leaves ,chopped

Method:
Wash and boil or steam Moong sprouts in water for 5-7 minutes.
Drain and cool completely.
In a mixing bowl add all the ingredients except salt and lemon.
Just before serving add salt and lemon juice.

Garnish with coriander leaves.Serve immediately .

Serve-4. Preparation time -15 minutes
