Popcorn Clusters

Popcorn are everyone’s favorite , whether munching them while watching movie , cricket or just lazing around. I was thinking and searching my cookbooks for this weeks CCChallenge and I found this interesting , easy and kids friendly recipe in one book which have more than 150 party recipes .Today one of my daughter’s friend came over to play with her and I served them with the clusters .They played in the backyard and loved those mini popcorn clusters . So let’s start the recipe . Yum

Ingredients:
1/2 cup corn (dried corn kernels for making popcorn)
2 teaspoon oil
1/2 cup sugar
Few cupcake liners

Method:
For popcorn
:
Take a pan and add oil and corn in it.
Turn on the heat on simmer , put the pan on it and cover it with a lid.
After 2 minutes turn heat to medium and wait till popping of the corns.

Remove from heat and set aside.

For caramel:
Heat sugar in a pan and keep it on simmer . Allow the sugar to melt and cook till a brown color appears , it will take 5-6 minutes. You have to stir the sugar in between .

Arranging:
Divide the popcorns in cupcake liners equally and pour the warm caramel over them with a spoon.
Let it cool and set.
Serve and enjoy!!


Serve-6. Cooking time-15 minutes
