Ingredients:
1 cup Poha /aval
1 onion,thinly chopped
2 green chilly ,chopped
1 tearoom cumin seeds
1 teaspoon mustard seeds
1 teaspoon chana dal
1 teaspoon urad dal
1 teaspoon turmeric powder
Few curry leaves
Salt to taste
Few coriander leaves,chopped
2 tablespoon peanuts
1 tablespoon oil
2 teaspoon lemon juice
Method:
Wash and rinse the poha in water till soften ,drain and set aside.
Heat oil in a pan , add cumin ,mustard seeds and as it started crackling add chana dal and urad dal.
Now add onion , cook for a minute and then add curry leaves and green chillies. Sauté till translucent .
Add turmeric powder, salt and mix well. Now add roasted peanuts and drained poha . Give a nice stir and cook for 3-4 minutes more.
Sprinkle lemon juice and serve hot garnished with chopped coriander leaves.
Enjoy!!
Serve-2. Cooking time-15 minutes
