Ingredients:
3/4 cup farina /cream of wheat or fine semolina
4 cups whole milk
1/4 cup sugar
1 teaspoon cardamom powder
2 tablespoon butter
2 tablespoon rose water
1 pinch saffron threads
Few pistachios , to garnish
coconut flakes,to garnish
Method:
Combine all of the ingredients in a pan. Whisk them with a spoon and let it boil.
Reduce heat to the low and simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Serve warm topped with a bit of butter , coconut flakes and pistachios.
