Ingredients:
2 small radish with leaves
1 potato,chopped
1 tomato,chopped
2 green chilies,chopped
a pinch aseftida
1 teaspoon cumin seeds
salt to taste
1/2 teaspoon red chilli powder
2 tablespoon oil
Method:
Wash and chop the white part of the radish in small pieces.pieces. Chop the green leaves separately .
In a pan heat oil and add cumin and aseftida. Stir and add potato,radish white and greens.
Cook covered until vegetables are tender.
Now add tomato,turmeric,salt and red chilli powder.Cook without lid until tomatoes are done and all the moisture from tomatoes is evaporated.
Enjoy!!
Serve hot with roti.

Mooli is usually served in sambar for us.dry saute is new for me!

That is a yummy looking radish curry. My husband is not a big fan of mooli, so I don't buy it often. Will try it for myself when he's travelling 😉
