Healthy and filling masala oats and moong dal khichdi that would make a nice and filling lunch for busy weekdays.
Oats are generally considered a health food, being very nutritious and have one cholesterol lowering effects. So considered it benefits, porridge oats are must in our breakfast daily without fail.Sometimes I would love to add seasonal fruits, dry fruits, and nuts to make it more healthy.
My daughter loved her porridge oats with a spoonful of Bournvita powder, that’s her unique way of eating it. Well, that is regular but sometimes I like to make savory masala oats with veggies and spices.
