Makki Gobi Paratha is very filling and healthy breakfast recipe and is normally made in the winters.
Paratha are usually made with wheat flour with fillings like paneer, radish, cauliflower, methi etc.But there is another ways of cooking paratha with makki atta(corn flour). It is a bit messy and take more time then normal paratha but the taste overcome all trouble.

Ingredients:
250 g yellow corn flour
1 cup grated cauliflower
2 green chilly,chopped
1/4 cup coriander leaves,chopped
1 teaspoon carom seeds
salt to taste
1 teaspoon garam masala powder
Water as needed
oil or butter for frying

Method:
Mix all ingredients in a bowl and knead to make a soft dough.Make 4 big sized balls.
Dust your flatboard with dry corn flour.Put the ball on board and dust again with dry flour over top . Gently press with hand to make a paratha .Make a hole in the center with finger as it will help cooking from all sides.
Slowly transfer the paratha over a pre heated non stick pan. Flip it directly from board to pan ,don’t use hand or it will break.
Fry from both sides by applying oil ,flip carefully with spatula as it will easily break.
Serve and enjoy.
