Ingredients:
For Filling
250 g paneer/cottage cheese
1 onion,chopped
1/2 cup coriander leaves,chopped
1/2 cup mint leaves,chopped
1 teaspoon ginger paste
2 teaspoon green chilly paste
1 teaspoon dried mango powder
1 teaspoon garam masala powder
salt to taste
For Rolls:
2 cup washed and split green gram/dhuli moong dal
2 cup water
1 teaspoon pepper powder
1 teaspoon green chilly paste
salt to taste
Method:
Soak green gram in water overnight and grind to a smooth paste.
Add peeper,chilly,salt and make dosa like batter From green gram.
For filling,mix all the ingredients and keep aside.
On a non stick pan spread green gram batter and add butter from both sides.
Roast on both sides,when done spread the filling over the top and prepare tight rolls.
Remove from heat and serve hot with green and red chutney.
