Hazelnut Butter and Super Seedy Energy Balls– A very healthy and tasty energy balls made with homemade chocolate hazelnut butter, a combination of four super seeds and almonds. These energy balls are super addictive and very nutritious.
Recently I made chocolate hazelnut butter at home and it turned out really nice.(Will post the recipe soon) It’s been almost two years since we have had stopped the Nutella hazelnut spread because of the palm oil in it. Ever since, whenever the girls would see it in the stores they always ask if we could buy it or not?
So I was planning to make the hazelnut spread at home but could not really get chance. As I love hazelnuts, so every time we would buy hazelnuts, I would always finish it like that. This time I kept the packet hidden so I could not see or finish it before using.
These Hazelnut butter and super seedy energy balls turned out really amazing and are a wonderful and nutritious snack. I always pack few of the balls in their lunchbox to provide those essential Vitamins and minerals.
