Ingredients:
1 cup peanuts
1/2 cup gram flour
Spices:
1/2 teaspoon red chilly powder
1/2 teaspoon dried mango powder
1/2 teaspoon cumin powder
1/2 teaspoon garam masala
1/2 teaspoon Chaat masala
1/2 pinch asefetida
1/2 teaspoon carom seeds
Salt to taste
2 cup vegetable oil for frying
Method:
Take gram flour all spices and salt in a bowl. Add peanuts and mix well.
Add 1/2 cup water and stir continuously to avoid lumps.
Heat oil in a pan ,add peanuts one by one.Fry on low heat till golden crust formed.Repeat same with remaining peanuts.
Drain on paper towel.Cool and store in air tight container.
Serve with tea.
