Cheesier mouth watering corn cheese balls for breakfast . Who doesn’t like these tiny winy balls . So let’s start this super quick recipe . Yum

Ingredients:
1 cup corn kernels
1 cup refined flour /maida
1 cup cheese, grated
1/4 cup milk
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
Salt to taste
1/4 teaspoon peppercorn, crushed
1/2 teaspoon oregano
Vegetable Oil to deep fry
To serve
1/4 cup cabbage leaves, shredded
1/2 cup tomato ketchup
Method:
Put the corn kernels in blender and blend with 1/4 cup water.
Add all ingredients in the bowl . Add milk and mix well to form soft dough like consistency.
ο»ΏWith wet hands make small round balls of the mixture. Deep fry in pre heated oil till golden brown.
Drain crisp on paper towel . Garnish with shredded cabbage. Serve hot with ketchup.
Serve -4. Cooking time -30 minutes.
