Chana (Black Chickpea ) Curry ~ No Onion & Garlic

Today is the last day of Navratri and we have celebrated it by doing Kanya Puja and all the associated rituals. I prepared the Halwa Puri Chana Prashad. From the leftover chana (actually i made them extra on purpose ) we use to prepare chana curry without onion and garlic.
Usually served with rice it gives completely different experience and taste as we did from the curry made with onion and garlic .Now it has become a tradition in the house to make this curry. Sometimes it makes you feel good to have simple food and enjoy the every bite of it. So let’s start the recipe . Yum

  1. That mango powder can't be seen over there. I have been trying to look for it in many places yet no way to be found. I suppose I can use other ingredients for the same burst of flavor.

Its a beautiful vegetarian dish and sure very attractive.
