Carrot Beetroot Gooseberry Juice

According to Ayurveda a combination of fruits and vegetables should be avoided but in case of carrots,beetroot and gooseberry ,the combo is a great immune booster.This juice is beneficial against diseases and when taken on empty stomach ,rejuvenate the body.All the three vegetables are rich in antioxidants,Vitamin A and Vitamin C.Carrots are good or skin ,beetroot is a natural blood purifier and gooseberry apart from other health benefits keeps your eyes healthy.

Ingredients:
Carrot- 4 no’s

Beetroot- 1 no’s
Gooseberry ( Amla)- 2 no’s
Roasted cumin seed powder- 1/2 tsp
Rock salt- to taste
Method:
Peel and slice carrots and beetroot as per size for juicer.

Cut gooseberry into pieces and remove seed.
Put all the vegetables one by one in juicer and collect the juice.No need of straining as it will come out filtered from juicer.
Add rock salt and roasted cumin powder.Mix well

Shake and pour into serving glass.
