The last week of BM#57 and I will be showcasing my bookmarked recipes under special themeI will be posting the side recipes that I cooked last month for mega marathon.
Whwn I cooked the salsa verde I paired it with Basic polenta .In the starting I was a little skeptical to cook polenta thinking of how it would taste. But I am glad I tried,as it tasted awesome with salsa verde. The mild sweet and sour salsa verde was a perfect condiment for the simple and filling polenta.
