A super healthy banana cacao ice cream made with only two ingredients. This ice cream is no churn so creamy and sugar-free too.
This Banana Cacao Icecream was the first dish that I made for the Protein Rich Dishes about 6 months before. My girls loved this ice cream and went crazy for it and as these were sugar-free, no preservatives and healthy too, I am providing them as much as they want.
Raw cacao powder is the purest unprocessed for of cacao which is highly nutritious and according to the sources, a 100 g serving of it has about 20 g of protein. I tried adding it in smoothies, cupcakes and porridge but they most loved it in this ice cream only.
My lo came again screaming to come in the setup and have her pictured with ice cream. She had food all over her shrug and she won’t even let me change her dress. Please excuse the mess on her dress in the picture.
