Ingredients:
1 cup Poha/Flatten Rice/Aval
3 potatoes , boiled and mashed
2-3 green chillies , chopped
Few coriander leaves , chopped
1 onion , chopped
2 tablespoon corn flour
Spices
1 teaspoon red chilly powder
1 teaspoon chaat masala
1 teaspoon Amchur powder
1/2 teaspoon garam masala
1/2 teaspoon cumin seeds
Salt to taste
Oil for frying
Method:
Wash and rinse Poha and transfer it to a bowl. Add boiled potatoes , green chillies , coriander leaves and onion in it .
Now add all spices and salt and corn flour. Mix well .
Make small round balls , heat oil in a wok and deep fry the pakodas on low to medium heat till golden and crispy from both sides. Drain on paper towel and serve hot with ketchup and tea.
Serve warm and enjoy !!
Serve -4. Cooking time-20 minutes
Note: Don’t touch the pakodas for the first 5-7 minutes while frying in oil or else it will stick to the spoon.
