Alsi ki Pinni

A ladoo like sweet made with freshly ground flax seeds powder and wheat flour.These pinni are melt in mouth kind and very addictive.So beware you won’t stop eating with one.


Ingredients:
1 cup wheat flour
1/4 cup alsi /flax seeds,powdered
1/2 cup sugar,powdered
few almonds,chopped
6 tablespoon ghee

Method:

Heat 2 tablespoon ghee in a pan, add wheat flour and roast until light brown in color.
Remove the flour in a mixing bowl.
In the same pan add 1 tablespoon ghee and roast the alsi powder for 3-4 minutes.
Transfer it over the roasted flour.
Add chopped almonds and powdered sugar.
Add remaining ghee and make small balls ny pressing in between palms.
Store in airtight container.

Serve-12-15 ladoos Cooking time-20 minutes
