Ingredients:
2 cups all purpose flour
1 teaspoon yeast
1 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoon sugar
1/4 cup yoghurt
2 tablespoon oil
Lukewarm Water as required
For filling:
Few coriander leaves, chopped
2 -3 potatoes , boiled and mashed
1 green Chilli , chopped
1/2 teaspoon Amchur powder/dried Mango powder
1/2 teaspoon garam masala
1/4 teaspoon red chilly powder
1 tablespoon butter
Dry flour for dusting
Method:
Sift all purpose flour in a bowl . Make a hole in the centre and add yeast , salt , sugar ,yoghurt and oil in it.
Mix and knead a firm dough using enough water.
Let the dough ferment for 3-4 hours , covered with wet cloth.
When the dough rises , make 6 round balls from it.
Take all the ingredients for filling in a bowl , mix well and set aside.
Dust one dough ball with dry flour , roll it a little and place a tablespoon of filling in the center. Cover from sides , dust with dry flour.
Roll it again over the rolling bard with the help of rolling pin. Make any desired shape.
Now place this naan over hot iron griddle.
Flip the side to cook evenly and then with the help of tongs cook it directly over flame.
Keep it in a casserole or plate , smear with butter .
Serve hot with Chole or any side dish.
Serve-4. Cooking time-30 minutes

I could easily imagine how delicious this must have been Sapana..never tried this way of stuffing naans..good one..
