Aloo Bonda– A crispy deep-fried potato fritter which is a popular street food all over South India. This makes a wonderful evening tea time snack.
Aloo Bonda is almost similar to the Mumbai’s popular Batata Vada with a minimal difference of spices and batter. I have also posted a falaari aloo bonda with buckwheat flour which also tastes amazing and is a good option when you are fasting.
When I look back, sometimes I wonder I have missed posting so many recipes on the blog. It seems totally weird that how could I forget those recipes which I make so often at home.
Have you ever tried Made in Cookware products, if not go ahead and give it a try for a good quality of cookware products?
