I had to skip the egg as we don’t consume eggs but it was even so delicious and no wonder it’s preferred over Pizza in Georgia. My girls were thinking that I made a boat-shaped pizza and they were super excited to finish it.
I added some fresh rosemary and black pepper to add extra flavourings in the pizza and it turned out really awesome. In Georgia, they use a variety of cheese fillings in the Khachapuri but I used only cheddar and mozzarella as I had only those two in my pantry. I guess I am going to make this boat pizza again and again as promised to my girls.
