Tamarind Candy | Imli ki Goli

Tamarind Candy: Sweet, sour and spicy yet finger licking delicious tamarind candy are one of my favourite childhood candies. I have never known that they would be so easy to make until I tried them home. Back in the childhood days we used to buy them from the street vendors outside our school and would totally love licking them.

I checked many recipes online and found that Mexican and Thai people also make tamarind candy like ours. These candies are healthy in a way as they aid in digestion and strengthen the immune system and many more benefits of eating tamarinds. Who knew that eating a candy would be healthy too, right ?? But I sure have to work on the kids with these candies to like them because as of now they do not like the sour taste.
