Papad (papadum)-2 in no’s
For Tomato salsa
Tomato (finely chopped)-1 no’s
Onion (finely chopped)-1/2 no’s
Green chilly (finely hopped )-1 no s
Coriander leaves(finely copped)-few
Salt -1/2 pinch
Dried mango powder-1/2 pinch
Black pepper powder–1/2 pinch
Method:
Heat a non stick pan , roast the papad from both sides.
Fill the salsa stuffing in center. (Just before serving)
Roll from both sides and roast a little.
Enjoy crunchy papad with tomato salsa.(Use quickly or else water from salsa make the papad soft).
You can make variation in stuffing and add your choice.
