Ingredients:
1 cup quick oats, powdered
1 tablespoon semolina
1 tablespoon sugar
1 teaspoon ginger green Chilli paste
1 tablespoon coriander leaves, chopped
1 tablespoon lemon juice
Salt to taste
1 teaspoon eno fruit salt
To temper:
1 teaspoon oil
1 teaspoon mustard seeds
A pinch asefetida
Method:
Combine oats , rava , ginger chilli paste ,sugar ,oil ,lemon juice, chopped coriander and salt in a bowl.Stir slowly with continuous stirring to avoid lumps.
Grease a tray or thali with oil, add eno salt into the batter and mix. Immediately transfer the batter into greased tray.Add eno fruit salt and transfer the batter in greased tray.
Steam in steamer for 15 minutes or till cooked.
Heat oil in a pan and add all the ingredients to temper. Add 2 tablespoon of water and pour this tempering over dhoklas.
cool ,cut into pieces and serve with tomato ketchup.
Serve-4. Cooking time-15 minutes
