Ingredients:
2 cup rice,cooked
200 gm spinach leaves
1 onion,chopped
4 garlic cloves,minced
2 tomatoes,chopped
2 green chillies,chopped
Spices
1 teaspoon garam masala
1 teaspoon coriander powder
1/2 teaspoon red chilly powder
Salt to taste
1 teaspoon cumin seeds
2 tablespoon oil
Method:
Wash and blanch spinach leaves. Make a purée in blender using little water.
Heat oil in a pan , add cumin seeds ,garlic and chopped onions.Sauté till brown in color.
Now add chopped tomatoes,green chilli and spices and salt .Cook till tomato rare done,
Add spinach purée and cook for 3-4 minutes.
Now add cooked rice , mix well until combined.Cook for 5 minutes.
Remove from heat and serve hot .
Serve-2. Cooking time-15 minutes
