Hibiscus and Mint Leaves Tea
Hibiscus leaves are an amazing source of vitamin C and helps in regulating the blood pressure. On the other hand mint leaves adds a nice flavor apart from its own health benefits.
So this tea is full of flavors plus health benefits. It is my favorite of all herbal teas to start the day.
Ingredients Needed to make Hibiscus Tea
- Hibiscus leaves
- Mint leaves

How to make Hibiscus Tea?
- To make hibiscus tea, first of all, boil water in an electric tea kettle or in a saucepan.
- If using saucepan then add the hibiscus and mint leaves and let it brew for 2-3 minutes.
- If using an electric kettle, add a few hibiscus and mint leaves in the serving cups, pour boiling water, and let it brew 2 minutes before serving.
- To make hibiscus tea boil water in an electric tea kettle or in a saucepan.

- If using an electric kettle, add a few hibiscus and mint leaves in the serving cups, pour boiling water, and let it brew 2 minutes before serving.
You can make this tea with only hibiscus leaves as well.

Mint Tea
Equipment
- Tea Brewing Kettle
- Saucepan
Ingredients
- 7-8 fresh or dried mint leaves
- 4-5 drops mint extract
- 3 cups water
Instructions
- Boil water in an electric tea kettle or in a saucepan.
- If using sauce pan then add the mint leaves and let it brews for 2-3 minutes.
- If using electric kettle, add few mint leaves in the serving cups, pour boiling water and let it brew 2 minutes before serving.
- Strain the tea and add mint extarct. Now add some more fresh mint leaves.
- Serve right away.
Notes
- Make sure to strain the mint leaves that were used in the first batch.
- Adding mint extract is optional but it really brings out the flavors.
- Serve the tea immediately after making it.
