A says “Apple ” B says “Ball” .Confused why I am reciting Alphabets , well I will be doing Alphabets recipes this whole month. We have started BM#32 or call it as Maha Marathon as it will be a full month marathon in which we have to post one recipe each day starting with one alphabet. There are four themes given by Srivalli , and for the first day with letter “A” I have chosen International Cuisine .
Apple fritters are well known in America as well as in Britain . I learned this recipe from an app in my Ipad and just fell in love with it. The juicy apples coated in cinnamon flavored batter followed by dusting with icing sugar makes them more indulge to relish . And the best part is you can enjoy them next day as well. Just warm up in oven for 10 minutes and there you go. You may enjoy them as desert after dinner or as delicious breakfast serving with tea or coffee. So let’s start the recipe . Yum
