Chocolate Cake with Chocolate Buttercream Frosting

Super moist chocolate cake with chocolate buttercream frosting that means double chocolaty cake . It’s very simple to make and so wonderful in taste . So let’s start the recipe .yum

Ingredients:
1 cup All Purpose Flour/ Maida
1/4 cup Vegetable Oil
1/2 cup Boiling Water
1/2 cup Milk
1 teaspoon Baking Soda
1 teaspoon Baking Powder
1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
1/2 cup Curd/ Yogurt
1/2 teaspoon Salt
3 tablespoon Cocoa Powder
1 cup brown Sugar

For Butterceam frosting:
1/2 cup unsalted Butter
2/3 cup Cocoa Powder
2 cup Icing Sugar
1/4 cup Milk
1/2 teaspoon Vanilla Essence
1/4 cup chocolate shavings

Method:
Preheat oven to 180 C. Grease and dust an 8″ round pan.
Mix together sugar, flour, cocoa, baking powder, baking soda and salt.

Add curd, milk, oil and vanilla to the flour mixture and beat until well incorporated.

Add the boiling water and beat until well combined.

The batter will be thin. Pour it into the greased and dusted cake pan.

Bake for 30 minutes. Remove the cake when a tooth pick inserted comes out clean.

For frosting:
Melt butter. SIft the cocoa powder into the butter and mix well.

Add sifted icing sugar and milk alternately and beat to combine.

Add the vanilla essence and mix well.

Frost the cake with this and chocolate shavings.
