Apple Pie Oatmeal: Apple pie flavoured oatmeal sweetened with our own traditional sweet jaggery. The sweet and spiced apple pie in the regular oatmeal makes it more festive and Christmasy.
I adapted the recipe from here but instead of using regular sugar or brown sugar, I used jaggery and the dessert turned out fabulous. The flavours of apple, the ground spices when combined with jaggery and oats it has become something so flavorful and delicious.
