Ingredients:
1 cup wheat flour
1 teaspoon oil
Water as required
For stuffing:
1/2 cup paneer crumbled
1 green Chilli,chopped
Few coriander leaves,chopped
1/2 teaspoon garam masala
1/2 teaspoon cumin seeds
Salt to taste
Oil for frying
Method:
Knead a firm dough using water and oil.Keep it covered till use.
Mix all the ingredients for stuffing until well combined.
Divide the dough into 12 equal portions .
Bring together all the sides in the centre and seal tightly.
Roll again into 4 inch diameter circle using a little flour for rolling.
Heat the oil in a deep Kadahi and deep fry the Pooris one at a time till golden brown in color from both the sides.
Drain on kitchen paper and serve hot.

Wow, they look very tempting 🙂 They look very similar to a dish called, 'dhapatya' we prepare at home, except that filling of paneer is replaced by rice flour dough
