- 2 litres water
Instructions

Wash the apples and orange thoroughly. Cut them into slicesโno need to peel or core the apples, as everything will be strained later. The orange peel gives beautiful citrus notes to the cider, so keep it on.
2. Build the base
Place the sliced apples and orange into your slow cooker. Add the cinnamon sticks, cloves, and allspice. Give everything a gentle stir so the spices begin to mingle with the fruit.
3. Add water and slow-cook
Pour in 2 litres of water, making sure the fruit is mostly submerged. Cover the slow cooker and cook on low for 3 hours. During this time, the apples soften and the spices release their warm, cozy aroma.
