A flavorful and delicious spaghetti pasta made in tomato sauce with chunky sun-dried tomatoes. This is an easy and wonderful pasta dish to serve those hungry kids for lunchtime.
Pasta is one of my girl’s favourite dish and they would want to eat pasta almost every day and my job as a mom is to make different varieties of pasta that is healthy and tasty.
Recently I stopped using store bought pasta sauces and is always making fresh homemade tomato sauces for the pasta. The fresh sauce gives the pasta a nice flavour and texture. Although it doesn’t get the bright red colour like store bought ones but alas it’s free from preservatives and girls to have adapted liking it too, so it’s a win win for me.

Delicious looking pasta and with sun dried tomatoes, its looks even more tempting. Once my grand niece was going to spend the night with us. I made pasta and was telling my hubby that I shouldn’t add sun dried tomatoes and she asked me why not. I told her maybe because she would not like it and she replied”I love it.” She was only 6 then!
Sun dried tomatoes sure does add nice texture and flavor. Delicious pasta recipe. Would love to try it for vaandu also.
