It is raining since Friday .In this season we mostly preferred pakoras in breakfast .I am making pyaz ke pakore.These onion fritters are surprisingly tasty and crispy.Loved them and sharing the recipe with all to relish it’s flavor at home.So lets start the recipe.yum
Ingredients:
Onion(thinly sliced)-2 cup
Green chilly(chopped)-2 tsp
Chopped coriander-2 tsp
Gram flour-1 cup
Yoghurt- 2 tbsp
Dried fenugreek leaves-1 tsp
Salt to taste
Red chilly powder-1 tsp
Coriander seeds-1 tsp
Dried mango powder-1 tsp
Turmeric powder-1/2 tsp
Cumin powder-1/2 tsp
Water-2 tbsp(as needed)
Method:
Mix all ingredients in a bowl .Heat oil in a pan or kadhai .Deep fry the pakoras from both sides.
Drain on paper towel,place between a aluminum foil and gently press with palm.
Serve hot with ketchup and tea.
Serve- 2. Cooking time-20 minutes
