Bread pakora
or fried sandwich bread in gram flour batter is quick to make snacks.Normally, we like to eat the stuffed ones but sometimes the simple fried bread would do the magic and makes our breakfast tasty and filling.

Ingredients

Sandwich bread slices
cut in triangle or rectangle shape
For batter

cups
gram flour/besan
1
teaspoon
carom seeds/ajwain
1
teaspoon
dried fenugreek leaves
1/4
teaspoon
baking soda
1/2
teaspoon
dried mango powder/amchur
salt to taste
1/2
teaspoon
red chilly powder
1
teaspoon
garam masala
1
green chilli
chopped
1/4
cup
coriander leaves
chopped
oil for frying
Instructions
Mix all dry ingredients in a bowl and one cup of water or as required to make a paste of desired consistency.
Whisk it with a spatula to remove lumps. Heat oil in a large wok.
Dip one slice of bread in batter and fry in hot oil from both sides. Repeat the same with all slices of bread.
Drain on a paper towel.
Serve hot with ketchup, mint chutney, and tea.

Adjust the spices as per your taste.
