Mint chutney
is very easy condiment to make condiment that h tastes delicious and helps in the digestion of food too. Freshly prepared chutney with mint leaves gives a very refreshing aroma and flavor.

washed

bunch coriander leaves with stem
washed

teaspoon
cumin seeds
1/2
cup
yogurt
7-8
green chilies or as per taste
washed and roughly chopped

garlic cloves
peeled

tablespoon
dried pomegranate seeds/anardana
salt to taste
Instructions
In a blender first put dried pomegranate seeds and yogurt, blend till pomegranate seeds are done.
Now add all ingredients and blend to make a smooth paste.
Store in a glass jar in the refrigerator.
Notes
Adjust the green chilies as per your taste.
Add more or less yogurt as per the desired thickness of chutney.
Keep refrigerated.
