corn starch

cocoa powder

chocolate chips

brown sugar
chocolate vermicelli to sprinkle
Instructions
In a mixing bowl add corn starch, 1/4 cup of milk, and cocoa powder. mix well and set aside.
Heat milk in a saucepan and bring it to boil.
Now slowly add in the cornstarch and cocoa mixture, keep stirring. Make sure to keep the heat on low.
Mix well, add sugar and let it cook until it starts thickening, and chocolate pudding is formed.
Turn off the heat and add chocolate chips, mix well to combine until chocolate chips are melted.
Cool completely and transfer into ice lolly molds. Sprinkle some chocolate vermicelli on top.
Place in the freezer for about 6 hours to overnight.
Remove from molds and serve.
