soy sauce

red chilli sauce

peppercorn
crushed
few cashew nuts
chopped

dried red chilly

tablespoon
cooking oil
salt to taste
Instructions
Heat oil in a wok . Add dried red chilly and cashew nuts in it.
Stir and add carrots, capsicum and beans . Let it cook on low heat for 4-5 minutes.
Add salt, mix, and add soy sauce and chili sauce .
Add cooked rice , stir and cook on high heat till combined well.
Sprinkle peppercorn and serve hot .
